Trail Running

Join us for an introduction to trail running at the beautiful Castlewood Park. Beginners welcome! We'll do both short-track (4–5 miles) and long-track (6–7 miles) routes. We'll plan 2 to 3 stops along the way to let everyone catch up. We will mix things up each week with different routes and terrain (hills, flats, or a blend of both). This weekly team meets 6 times starting on 3/28.
